Lessons from a 43-year-old

It's my birthday and I can wax philosophical if I want to!

I’m 43 today!

I thought I’d be properly grown-up by now 😅

but y’know what they say age being just a number so… 🤷🏻‍♀️

(Most days my body definitely feels older and crankier, but in my head, I’m still 22!)
